Research interests:  - Natural language processing: context-based spelling errors, text mining, text categorization, machine learning, data mining.   - Bioinformatics: Gene selection, Biomedical term classification and disambiguation, Biomedical concept similarity, gene and GO term similarity. - Also: operating and distributed systems.
